Seemingly following the same mind control protocols laid down by the Nazis, the CIA selected people from the most vulnerable sectors of American society to experiment on – orphans, the mentally ill, prisoners, the poor, the handicapped. This led to Senate hearings on MK-Ultra in 1977 during which Senator Ted Kennedy stated: “The Deputy Director of the CIA revealed that over 30 universities and institutions were involved in an extensive testing and experimentation program which included covert drug tests on unwitting citizens at all social levels, high and low, native Americans and foreign.” President Gerald Ford also set up a commission to investigate MK-Ultra and other CIA activities.
